Service delivery policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

1. What you receive

AfricaQore is a digital service. There is no physical shipment. A paid subscription provides online access to country profiles, sector and market dashboards, the AI Analyst, report generation with PDF export, watchlists and alerts, and — on Institutional and Enterprise plans — API access, according to the plan you chose on the pricing page.

2. When it is delivered

  • Account access: immediately after the payment is confirmed by our payment processor — normally within a few seconds, and in rare cases up to 30 minutes.
  • Report credits: allocated to your workspace at activation and again at each renewal.
  • Generated reports: produced on demand, typically in under two minutes, then available in Account → Reports and downloadable as a branded PDF.
  • API keys: created instantly in Account → API on eligible plans.

3. How it is delivered

Delivery is through the AfricaQore web application using the email address on your account. Transactional emails (receipts, invitations, alerts) are sent to that address. PDFs are downloaded directly from your browser; we do not post or courier anything.

4. Report validity

Generated reports remain available in your history for the retention period of your plan: 30 days on Explorer, 180 days on Professional, and without expiry on Institutional and Enterprise. Download the PDF if you need a permanent copy.

5. Data freshness

Indicators are fetched live from public publishers and cached briefly for performance. When a publisher has no observation, or its API is unavailable, the figure is shown as unavailable — we do not substitute estimates.

6. If delivery fails

If your plan has not activated, a report failed to generate, or a download will not open, email support@africaqore.com or call +233 55 712 1498 during Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 GMT. We restore the credit or the access, and where we cannot deliver, we refund the affected charge under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
