Refund & cancellation policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing, or by emailing billing@africaqore.com. Cancellation stops future billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to the free Explorer tier.
2. Refund window
If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment on a paid plan and we will refund it in full. Renewal payments after that first period are not automatically refundable, because access and report credits are delivered immediately.
3. Exceptions
- Report credits already spent on generated reports are not refundable, as the reports have been delivered and can be downloaded as PDFs.
- Annual plans cancelled mid-term stay active until the term ends; we do not pro-rate unused months unless required by law.
- Enterprise agreements follow the refund terms in the signed order form, which override this page.
4. Billing errors and outages
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or the platform was unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle, contact us and we will correct the charge or credit the affected period — regardless of the 7-day window.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@africaqore.com from the address on the account, with the payment date and reference. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Currency
Subscriptions are billed in US dollars (USD). Ghanaian customers are charged the cedi equivalent at the processor's prevailing rate. Refunds are issued in the currency originally charged.
