1. Who we are
AfricaQore ("AfricaQore", "we", "us") is operated by YiwSAMA Technologies, Madina Estates, Madina, Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana. Contact: legal@africaqore.com · +233 55 712 1498.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the platform or API, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.
- Seats are per named user; sharing a login across people is not permitted.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and inclusions are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in US dollars (USD). Ghanaian customers are charged the cedi equivalent at the processor's prevailing rate.
Plan limits (report credits, seats, API requests, historical depth) are enforced by the platform. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not resell, redistribute or republish bulk platform output as your own dataset.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent plan limits or rate limits.
- Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe third-party rights.
6. Data, sources and AI output
Indicator values are retrieved from public publishers (World Bank, IMF, AfDB, UN agencies, ILOSTAT, FAOSTAT, openAFRICA, national bureaus) and remain subject to those publishers' own terms. Scores, rankings and AI-generated reports are our interpretation of that data and may contain errors or omissions.
Nothing on AfricaQore is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for your own due diligence and decisions.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, scoring methodology, report templates and branding are owned by YiwSAMA Technologies. Reports you generate may be used internally and in client work, with attribution retained where present. Underlying source data remains the property of the original publishers.
8. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Upstream publisher outages can make certain figures temporarily unavailable; in that case values are shown as unavailable rather than estimated. See our Service Delivery Policy.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the API, or fail to pay. You may close your account at any time; closing it does not entitle you to a refund outside the refund policy.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including investment losses.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
