Privacy Policy

1. Controller

YiwSAMA Technologies (trading as AfricaQore), Madina Estates, Madina, Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana, is the controller of personal data processed through AfricaQore. Privacy enquiries: legal@africaqore.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, workspace name, role and team memberships.
• Subscription data: plan, status, billing period, and payment references returned by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage data: reports generated, credits consumed, API calls, watchlists, alerts and audit events, used to enforce plan limits and troubleshoot.
• Content you submit: prompts and questions sent to the AI Analyst.
• Technical data: IP-derived request logs and error reports needed to operate and secure the service.

3. Why we process it

• To provide the service and your account (performance of a contract).
• To take payment, invoice, and prevent abuse of plan limits (contract, legitimate interests).
• To send transactional email such as receipts, invitations and alerts (contract).
• To keep records required by law, including tax and accounting (legal obligation).

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors that operate the service: our cloud hosting and database provider, our payment processor, our transactional email provider and the AI model provider that generates report text. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside Ghana. Where that happens we rely on the provider's contractual data-protection commitments.

6. Retention

Account and workspace data is kept while the account is open, and deleted or anonymised within 90 days of closure, except records we must keep for tax and accounting. Generated reports follow the retention period of your plan (see the Service Delivery Policy).

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or object to certain processing. Email legal@africaqore.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your theme and onboarding progress. We do not run advertising trackers.

9. Security

Access to workspace data is restricted per account through server-side authorisation rules, and traffic is encrypted in transit. Report any suspected vulnerability to support@africaqore.com.

10. Changes

We will post updates on this page and update the date above; material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
